Management Team

The day to day affairs of the Company are looked after by a team of qualified and experienced professionals having rich experience in the field.

N. Thiagarajan, Chairman & Managing Director

Is a Commerce Graduate (University of Madras 1956) and Law graduate (University of Madras 1958). He started his career as a Secretary in 1960 in Soundararaja Mills Ltd, Dindigul. In 1966 he Co-Promoted the Rajanarayan Group. He is in charge of the Commercial & Financial functions of Rajanarayan Group Companies and has about 40 years experience in this field. Due to his exceptional administrative skills the Group has grown leaps & bounds. He is assisted by his two sons Kasi V. Thiagarajan and T. Nagappan.

Kasi V. Thiagarajan, Joint Managing Director

Is a Commerce Graduate from University of Madras (1981), Business Computers graduate from Roosevelt University (1983), Chicago, USA and an MBA from State University of New York, 1985, Buffalo, New York, USA. He worked as Management Trainee (MIS) for 1 year with M/s Glenborough Corporation, USA. He joined as a Director in the Rajanarayan Group Companies in 1986 and is incharge of Market Promotion and all export related activities of the Group. He was instrumental in starting the woven fabrics division in the year 1996.

T. Nagappan , Joint Managing Director

Is a Commerce Graduate from University of Madras, 1983, Textile Management Graduate from University of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA (1987). He joined as a Director in the Rajanarayan Group Companies in 1988 and is incharge of raw material selection, stores purchase and technical supervision of the Company.

A. Vetrivel, Vice President

Is a holder of DTT from PACR Polytechnic in 1983, AMIE from Calcutta in 1995, MBA from Annamalai University in 2005 and M Phil from Vinayaga University in 2007. He has 25 years experience. He has worked in leading Groups like Ramalinga Mills, (Aruppukaotai) and The Lakshmi Mills Co. Ltd., (Coimbatore) in various management level.
